Abstract

Infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms are the most common, occurring in approximately 2.3% of the general population, reaching 5.96% in men over 60 years of age. Risk factors associated with the development of abdominal aortic aneurysms are: advanced age, smoking, family history, male sex, and the presence of other large vessel aneurysms. We present the case of a patient diagnosed with a thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm and renal mass through circulatory assistance and renal perfusion for surgical correction.
