Abstract

We describe the case of a 7-month-old patient who one month after being born, was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy with severe ventricular dysfunction. Heart transplant was decided although it was not from the same blood group due to the seriousness of the clinical case, patiente is followed up during the first year after surgery, which coincides with the writing of this publication.
