Abstract

Recommendation is the advice that is given to someone because it is considered beneficial, which is based on experience and evidence. It does not guarantee a specific result, it can also be adopted, modified and/or rejected. There is no better way to describe this work, which aroused interest after seeing the great variety of ways that the perfusionist has to record their data during Extracorporeal Circulation (ECC), which makes interpretation and analysis difficult while conducting a transcendental act.
The work raises the reason for implementing a relatively standardized data sheet, this because it can change depending on the realities and/or data of interest of each center, a data instrument that is easy to fill out,  complete in information, of legal character and that simplify the interpretation and analysis of data for the perfusionists or others.
The information to get you where you want to go exists, but it's not visible without the right tools. This sheet has great potential to: to generalize the understanding of the conduct of CEC, keep more accurate and legally supported records, corroborate some of the safety standards of compliance prior to and during the CEC, serve for research and statistical analysis studies; Lastly, we do not stop dreaming about theaut omation of information, something that is becoming increasingly popular in the field of health.
