Abstract

Education or training by competencies allows us to understand the relevance of continuing education in the first instance, as knowledge management and engine of human resources by having different developable capacities, susceptible to becoming a competitive advantage at the company level and reaching the evaluation of professional performance, which may be topics that are sometimes interpreted in a personal way and are simply tools for continuous improvement of the area professional.

This article reviews the literature on three specific topics in the area of perfusion, namely: the emergence of perfusion activities with conversion to competencies, then the development of one's own competencies in perfusion with the transversality of ethical principles and ends with some reflections.
